Sirloin Steak

The Sirloin, Loin or Back Strap is regarded as the finest venison cut. Dense tender meat with a wide range of uses including but not limited to: being grilled, fried, BBQ'd or cooked over open flames. It also an amazing alternative to beef if cooked as a wellington.

Our sirloins are approximately 400g each, though custom orders can be made for full length or half length cuts.
