I have been fortunate enough to have travelled the world, following my passion for deer. I have seen and learnt how disconnected we are in the UK, from our food and where it comes from.
I believe we can connect to and utilise wild protein; work alongside the natural environment, rather than against it, to better ourselves, and our countryside.

Our role in the environment
Having studied and worked with the wild deer of the peak district for over 15 years, we are passionate about their well being and that the deer have a place in the landscape, as after all, they have been around long before us.
We ensure a healthy sustainable herd is kept in check, safe guarding the animals against over population which can lead to disease, parasites, frequent road traffic collisions and persecution.
Our goal is to work alongside farms, and forestry to ensure properties are not being damaged by the deer, and to make use of every part of the animal, to ensure ethical management.
