Venison fillet or tenderloin is exceptionally tender and delicate. It’s one of the leanest cuts available, offering luxury dining with maximum nutritional value and minimal fat.
Our fillets come whole, in packs of two, simply pat dry with a paper towel, then season and sear, finish in the oven for a more well done cook.
